Five-week Yoga course starting on Sunday the 23rd of November, 10am at Gwaelod-y-Garth Village Hall.
Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will work through Pranayama, Asana and Kriya. This class is a gentle practise, we will start slow and build up.
Class dates: November 23rd, 30th, December 7th, 14th, 2-week break, January 4th.
If you would like to join an ongoing Yoga class - every 5 weeks is different.
What is included?
🟠 Five one-hour classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule, at a time that suits you.
🟠 Short online videos to practise at home between classes. Handouts to deepen your Yoga practise.

🟠 A Gong Bath relaxation in class five.

Usual price £40 for 5-weeks or £75 when booking for 10 weeks in advance or £25 a month for monthly membership.

Monthly Membership
£25 a month, automatic payment. Works out at £6.80 a class over the year. Includes 10% off all gong baths and retreats. You can cancel at anytime.
