Our luxurious Yoga Retreat begins as we meet at Gambledown Farm in Hampshire - is a 250-acre working rural farm, nestled into but overlooking both the Salisbury Plains and the New Forest. It is a peaceful, secluded location and perfect to melt away tension and tiredness and enjoy bit of much needed "me-time"

YOGA & TAI CHI PRACTICE
Louise is fully qualified Yoga, Meditation and Tai Chi Shibashi Instructor. She will lead and guide you gently through four relaxing and indulgent Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Tai Chi Sihbashi classes over our time together.
You’ll flow on your mat to nourish and unwind your body, mind and soul and bathe in peaceful bliss as you nestle in your own snug Yoga nest for Yoga Nidra. PLUS Weather permitting our Tai Chi Shibashi practice can also take place outside in the country air too!
SOUND HEALING
Experience the ultimate in yogic focused sound therapy experiences.In this session you’ll be cocooned in the healing sounds delicate crystal Bowls, tingsha bells and sensual plus sensational softly lilting mantra and voice meditation. Float away on a sea of supportive sound.........
MEDITATION with Peace and Pencils
Experience Mediation through colour and mark making - Join Beth of Peace and Pencils as she guides you through a rainbow of colour to deeply enrich and enhance your meditation experience.
Massage and Facial Treatments can also be arranged - details will be sent to you upon booking.
ACCOMODATION
Our accommodation for the weekend is spread across three barn conversions with their own ensuite bathroom facilities (NOTE Triple Room shares a separate Toilet and Luxury Shower Room). Safari Tent accommodation is also available
All the barns are full of luxury style and country-style detailing with a choice of Single, Twin, Triple.
Each barn has a great lounge with log burning stove and kitchen.
The Safari Tent is gorgeously appointed with a large kitchen, beautiful bathroom, a log burners and snug safari theming and ambience.
FOOD & CATERING
The Retreat is fully catered so you can indulge yourself with nourishing, wholesome foods. Our meals together will be sociable and held together in the main, large luxury Barn. Breakfasts are sociable and hearty - you can even collect and prep your own farm fresh eggs.
Teas, coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks also provided.
