Join an afternoon of Vinyasa Yoga & Yin Yoga focusing on the new year and energy shift. You will take a look at the Solar Plexus Chakra.
Looking at poses and flows to increase energy and self esteem, followed by a deep Yin Yoga focusing on releasing pent up energy boosting your energy for the year ahead.
The afternoon will include Yoga followed by refreshments to set you up for the rest of the afternoon and weekend.
Bring yourself, a mat and a blanket if you have one available. I will also be able to provide these if required.
