Focusing on finding calm and connection, this session is designed for you and your young person* to experience together.
Expect to breath, move, create and relax together as you take time out of your routines to take time in together this festive season.
The investment for 1 parent and 1 child attending this festive session together would usually be £20 (with additional adults/children being £5 each). There will be a non-refundable £5 deposit per family to secure your space and an honesty donation box at the back of the room where you can leave a cash donation of your choice during the session.
Due to limited space in the studio please book places for all attending so I know to expect you - sessions fill quickly so book early to avoid disappointment.

This session is in the upstairs studio based on Hampson Street. Car parking on Sundays is free of charge in the car park. Please enter through the door to the back of the studio (the black door to the left as you begin to walk out of the car park). The studio is a no-shoes area so please remove shoes upon entering and leave on the shoe rack before heading upstairs.
Young people are invited to bring one small soft toy for comfort and please bring a cushion/blanket for your comfort if you would prefer. Mats, blankets and all other resources needed for the session will be provided for you.
