If time permits, the session will conclude with a Q&A segment to address participant questions.

To help you get the most out of this short, practical session, please review the guidelines below.
Before the Class
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for sign-in and to get settled.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to bend, kneel, or practice CPR techniques.
If you have long hair, please tie it back for practical activities.
Bring a water bottle and feel free to take breaks as needed.
If you have any injuries or mobility limitations, please let the instructor know so activities can be adjusted for you.
What to Bring (Optional)
A notebook or device for taking notes
Questions you’d like addressed during the optional Q&A (time permitting)
Any reading glasses you may need for handouts
