Bungee is a high intensity workout but low impact meaning it’s suitable for a larger range of people.
We also offer bungee dance, bungee private sessions and even bungee parties which is a fun game exercise session 🤪
All exercises will be done in a bungee which offers low impact on landing (easier on joints) allowing a higher cardio workout without injury.
So why not fly, bounce, make friends and have fun with our qualified instructors in a fun, friendly environment.
Total cost is £40 for the 4 week course with a £10 deposit paid to secure your space
We recommend Shorts under leggings to give a little cushioning as the harness can pinch a little.
