Step Into Summer is our 12 week online summer challenge to help keep you on track in the lead up to the hopefully warmer weather.
Once payment is received you will be added to the Facebook support group. Here you will receive the weekly workout, info and motivational tips to keep you going. The group is a closed group so only we can see what we're posting.
You can do the workouts alongside you're normal workout routine or just by themselves. Workouts are suitable for all abilities.
