Come for a 4 week baby massage course at the beautiful setting of Boxmoor Trust. Relax with your baby as you learn about baby massage and how it can support you and your baby. Each week you will learn new strokes and ways to calm, support and bond with your baby. There will be time for some sweet treats and chat after the massage, and you will be able to ask lots of questions to Becks who is a breastfeeding counsellor, antenatal teacher, sleep consultant with over 20 years working with children and families.
You can bring a towel for you baby and muslin cloths, also any oil if you would prefer to use your own massage oil
