This weekly Forrest-Inspired Yoga class is a grounded, energising practice designed to help you breathe deeply, build strength, and release tension. Forrest Yoga blends intelligent sequencing, core work, long-held poses, and intentional breath to create space in your body and clarity in your mind.

Each class is thoughtfully adapted to the needs and energy of the group. Whether you’re building strength, easing stiffness, or seeking a moment of calm, you’ll be supported to move in a way that feels safe, spacious, and truly your own.

Expect a friendly, welcoming space where you can reconnect with yourself, unwind from the day, and grow alongside a small, supportive community.

Level: Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced

Instructions

Please bring a yoga mat and yoga props including but not limited to yoga blocks (at least two), a blanket or towel and a yoga strap. Available wall space is also recommended.
