Join us to celebrate the change of season and the Spring Equinox in a beautiful gathering of renewal, balance, and embodied awakening as we step into the energy of a new season.

The Equinox marks a moment of equilibrium — light and dark held in harmony — inviting us to release what has been and gently step forward into growth and possibility. This ceremony is an opportunity to integrate that energy through cacao, movement, and sound.

As the energy flows, we are invited to soften, let go, and awaken the spirit within. With ceremonial cacao supporting heart-opening and presence, we move together in dance — allowing the body to release old patterns, celebrate life, and welcome fresh energy.

Dancing becomes a living expression of renewal — a way to embody change, reconnect with joy, and remember our freedom.

We will close the journey with a deeply nourishing sound bath, allowing the body to rest and integrate as harmonious vibrations support grounding and restoration.

Ceremonial cacao has been used for generations as a heart-warming, grounding plant ally. Often described as a gentle heart-opener, it supports presence, connection, and emotional awareness — helping us arrive more fully into the moment and into ourselves.

Dance is a wild and freeing expression of life. An ancient and instinctive practice that helps us reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Through movement we release, celebrate, and give the body permission to speak.
