CACAO & DANCE - Special edition!

This event will be a special edition, involving UV body paint (oh yeah babe! We are going tribal and UV!), Cacao Ceremony (a powered up and sacred hot chocolate!), Dance, Sound Bath & Potluck Dinner!

We will start the session by connecting with each other, and doing face/body painting. Once we are all ready we will enter ceremonial space and connect with Ixcacao by drinking ceremonial cacao, this will be followed by dance and then a nourishing 30 minutes sound bath.

Please bring a vegan & gluten free (sourdough bread is always welcome) dish to share for the dinner.

This will be a grounded, uplifting and soul filling evening full of love, cacao and dance.

Dancing is freeing and liberating to the soul. When dancing you have complete freedom to move however your body feels compelled to. Through movement we can manifest ourselves.
