PT360 Presents - 360 Spin Fusion.
I am so pleased to be able to bring you this private spin class making you to feel energized for the day
WHEN: 5.15am Every Friday. These are weekly class (unless I am on holiday, in which case I shall provide an alternative day to run it)
WHERE: Puregym, Banbury - NB: You must be a member of Puregym to get into the gym
HOW MUCH: £5 per class. This will cover the class you have booked onto only
WHAT: This 45min early class will leave you feel amazing after giving such energy to your morning and the added bonus being, you will still be showered and ready for work before 7am (location dependent obviously.)
LEVEL: This is an intermediate class, however, all levels including new riders are welcome as I will guide you though bike set up and allow you to bed into your new free wheeling environment in a safe and controlled manner.

Instructions
Please ensure you are at least 10 minutes early to set up your bike and get started.
If you are new to the class, please get here 15 minutes early so I can help set you up on your bike.
Bring your energy because it's going to be fun, energized and you'll leave feeling better than everybody else!

SINGLE PASS
This booking entitles you to the class you have booked on the day you have booked it. If I miss a class due to sick/holiday I will make up that class with another on a separate day.If you cancel within the cancellation time, your booking will be lost and you will still be charged.
