Join me in the practice of Hatha yoga tradition – gentle yoga for easier living.
Don’t have a beach body…
Not bendy or strong enough…
Not young enough…Don’t worry. My class is for you. My offering is a toolkit to be calm, confident and more able to take control and cope in your daily life. Everyone CAN DO yoga. Make time and love for yourself. I hope to provide a weekly mind and body class accessible at all levels but particularly aimed at beginners to yoga practice. The class will include approx.. 60 minutes gentle exercise, 15 minutes breathing and 15 minutes relaxation

I am a yoga teacher 500 hour Level 4 OFQUAL qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga. I want to help bring the benefits of gentle yoga and meditation into the community. Yoga has been my go-to for relaxation, stress relief and a good nights sleep for 35 years. I’ve come late to yoga teacher training. I rarely spent time enjoying the present being too busy with work, family, school and education commitments. I am now taking time to nurture myself. I want to give something back in gratitude for a relatively healthy and fortunate life. Join me in the practice of Hatha yoga tradition - gentle yoga for easier living.
