🌱 Spring is a season of new beginnings 🌱

If you’re new to yoga or feeling ready for a fresh start, our Hatha yoga classes are the perfect place to begin. As nature awakens, we’ll move with the energy of spring—encouraging renewal, gentle strength, improved circulation, and a sense of lightness in both body and mind.

This is a beautiful time to release winter stagnation, reconnect with yourself, and plant the seeds for a nourishing yoga practice.

As we transition from deepest Winter to early Spring, we will begin to practice more movement and flow than the Yin yoga we have been practicing during the Winter months.

Classes are suitable for beginners and the more experienced yogi as alternative postures, modifications and adjustments will be given.

Hatha Yoga works at a slower pace and works with individual postures so it's ideal for beginners and those wishing to perfect their practice. Each posture will be broken down so you will learn how to get into them correctly and safely.

Each class will begin with some Pranayama (breath work) to arrive, settle and ground you, connecting your mind with your breath followed by a nourishing warm up leading into an energising asana practice (postures) to improve your flexibility, stability, strength and muscle tone.
Meditation to calm and steady the mind and cultivate feelings of inner peace will also be incorporated together with pranayama to either relax/calm or energise/uplift body and mind.
The classes will finish with a guided restorative savasana (relaxation) to awaken your senses and help you to connect with your inner-self and boost feelings of wellbeing and happiness.

Level: Beginner, Intermediate
