💫⭐️ A 1-day 5Rhythms Fundamentals Workshop
A 5-hour deep dive into the 5Rhythms Waves map, giving you time to explore each of the five rhythms in turn: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Through simple, guided movement, we will return to the essentials of this practice and its tools for grounding, expression and release. This day is open to both newcomers and experienced dancers who wish to reconnect with the foundations of the map in a supportive, welcoming space.
Led by Ajay Rajani, certified 5Rhythms™️ Teacher with over a decade of teaching experience, this guided movement meditation invites you to listen to your body and fully step into your dance. No steps or choreography to learn - No prior experience needed. All are welcome. This is a space to explore, connect, and allow the Rhythms to guide you home to yourself.

ETIQUETTE ON THE DANCE FLOOR
We are here to practise the 5Rhythms in a guided, facilitated space.
All genders, gender expressions, sexualities, races, ethnicities, ages, sizes, religions, and abilities are welcome.
This is a drug, plant medicine and alcohol-free space.
We are adults responsible for our own wellbeing.
Be sensitive to and respectful of each others’ bodies and boundaries. We touch only with mutual consent.
We dance barefoot, in grippy socks or soft dance shoes.
Avoid using synthetic perfumes in the space.
Please turn off your phone and/or iWatch. Do not take photos/video or use Shazam.
Bring only water and a layer for warmth into the room if you need. Leave backpacks and non valuables off the dance floor.
Please talk with your body, not your voice. Take any verbal conversations outside.
Participate at your own pace, please do not spectate.
We start and end the 5Rhythms together.
