Join us for a full-body immersion in nature... bring your mat or blanket, relax in the paddock with an amazing view of the Derwent Valley and our holistic herd around you.

Join us in nature for a wonderful Yoga experience with Debbie from Derwentside Yoga.

Equine-facilitated mindfulness, yoga, and meditation offer a multitude of benefits for both mental and physical well-being.

By cultivating present-moment awareness and non-judgmental acceptance of events and situations with horses, mindfulness meditation can help us reduce our stress levels while enhancing our overall resilience and ability to regulate our emotions.

Regular practice can improve concentration, focus, and cognitive function, and lead to greater clarity of thought and more effective decision-making. Physically, it has been associated with reduced blood pressure, improved sleep quality, and enhanced immune function. ☀️

These events will follow a gentle flow of yoga, breathwork, and meditation suitable for beginners.

Parking is in the main yard if you are confident to drive the track.

Turn up the track between templar mews and the detached house until you reach the large parking space. All tarmac track. Then walk 2 minutes along the unsurfaced teack to our main gate.
