A six part drumming introductory course.
This course is designed to be a journey, shared by a group of people.
Over the course of six sessions, we will discover our innate musicality through a series of inclusive and accessible group improvisations.
We will explore rhythms from the Samba, Shamanic & West African drumming traditions, taking an approach which prioritises co-creation over cultural appropriation; making music that is inspired and generated by the people in the room.
The course will take place at Airy Fairy on London Road in Sheffield.
