Pure Potential is all about tapping into the limitless possibilities within you. A day to become your most intuitive, authentic and powerful self. From grounding flow to reflective meditations, somatic movement, crafted to help you shed what no longer serves you, cultivate self-awareness, and create space for growth, renewal, and purpose.
The world needs you and your gifts, power and magic. The time has come to stop hiding, trust this incredible force that resides within you and begin to allow it to guide you.
Included is a vegetarian 3 course meal
3 hours Hilltop Bathing
Wood-fired western red cedar hot tubs.
Shared hot-tubs are a maximum of 4 bathers.
Traditional and authentic wood-fired Finnish dry barrel sauna. Shared with other bathers.
Invigorating plunge cool pool and outdoor cooling shower.
Shade pergola with loungers.
Changing facilities with lockers. Hot showers with toiletries.
What Else?
One Complimentary drink (Gin & Tonic, Prosecco or soft drink) per bather.
All Day Access to
13 acres of re-wilded Meadows and the Sensory Barefoot Walking Trail.
Chill out areas with deck chairs, fire bowls, Hilltop bar and Giant Jenga.
For the workshop:
comfortable clothing to stretch and and move, yoga mat.
A long skirt that you can wear over the leggings. It needs to allow you to move.
For the hot tubs:
If you are using the bathing facilities, please bring fresh clean swimwear, flip flops, and a towel or robe, plus a warm hat. Sarong towels and bathrobes are available to hire.
Please avoid wearing metal jewellery and watches while using the bathing facilities. Metal can react to the water treatment in the hot tubs and get very hot in the sauna. What is more, small objects are easily lost. We advise you to keep valuable items at home or in the lockers provided.
Do not wear heavy makeup, body lotions, or sun-protective creams in the hot tubs. We suggest the use of our sun umbrellas and bringing additional items to cover up whenever needed.
PAUS. is an outdoor space. Please make sure to wear appropriate footwear as the paths may occasionally be damp.
