This workshop is a collaboration between Daven Lee (hellosexualsoul.com) and west Wales' 'The Real Health Collective CIC' (www.realhealthcollective.com).

Facilitated by Daven Lee, the day will begin with a simple yet profound ritual of self-holding—an empowered practice where you access your own healing and physical wholeness, reclaim your sexual center, and embody your Deep Feminine.

After a shared lunch, we’ll move into a platonic, experiential afternoon to gently awaken your desires and expand your ability to receive. Through guided practices, playful exploration, and supportive inquiry, you’ll begin to dissolve the fears and resistances that keep you from claiming what you truly long for.

Within a safe and sacred circle of women, you will learn to trust your desires, open to receiving, and hold yourself as your source of healing, safety, wholeness, and sovereignty.

This is for you if you are seeking to:

• Activate the sacred potency of your Deep Feminine within a circle of supportive women
• Reconnect with your body and reclaim your capacity for pleasure
• Ground and regulate your nervous system
• Crave greater intimacy in your relationships—and trust in yourself
• Want to soften into receiving without shame or anxiety
• Spend a luscious day in a circle of women sharing in vulnerability and strength!

The workshop includes:

• A safe, ritual space for the Deep Feminine
• A guided, platonic, self-holding and self-cultivation practice (fully clothed, including holding your breasts and vulva) and simple qigong for the archetypal feminine
• Playful practices (drawn from Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent and other sources) that clarify the dynamics of giving and receiving, so you can ask for what you desire, communicate your limits clearly and directly, and relax into receiving
• Personal reflections, gentle coaching and integration
• And a shared lunch!

Our Deep Feminine is a resource for ourselves. We carry the power to heal our own bodies, access our wholeness, ignite our desire, receive pleasure and embody our Yin power.

About Daven Lee, facilitator:

Daven is an intimacy coach for women who feel a deep unmet sexual longing.
After over a decade of working with women, she recognizes this longing is not just about sex, but is actually coming from what she calls the Sexual Soul—our essential life force energy that expresses in everything we do.

Through her 1:1 work, as well as workshops and online programs, she helps women heal their sexual past, trust their desire, and embody their feminine energy so they can blossom into their full expression sexually—and in everything they do—as they come into the most powerful years of their life.
