Real Life Movement Club

Fitness, dance and Pilates classes with Caroline Young, creator of Urban Dance Fitness, Flaunt, Weighted Warriors, and Barre-liss.

Qualifications include: Exercise to Music L2, Personal Trainer L3, Zumba, Pound, Insanity, Booiaka, Yoga, Fitness Pilates, and Special Populations (children and older adults) adaptations to cover the basics!
