Here at The Redhill Academy Trust we value the work our technicians do and how important they are to the staff and students. We also appreciate that some Technicians work in isolation at centres and would benefit from building networks with others. With many new technicians joining the Trust we would love to get like minds together to discuss how you can work together to support staff and students.
This network will be led by Dale Mears Trust Director whom many of you have already met on visits to your centres and aims to find ways to help you collaborate and build a supportive group.
