A yummy Yin session where your floor based Yoga postures will be held for short periods of time to work our fascia, connective tissues, promoting blood flow and working deep into our bodies flexibility. a still and calming practice followed by the healing sounds of the Gong to enhance relaxation.
All by candlelight whilst you escape the hussle and bustle of Christmas and the upcoming New Year 🕯️🙏
