Details

A beautiful day of exploration. Yoga, Meditation, Relaxation and Sound Healing ๐Ÿ™

The day will include a Healthy Backs Workshop, a deep Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing session.

There will also be a Reiki, Crystal Healing and Acupressure session too.

Lunch is provided and a menu will be sent one week before the event.
