Why 3 Days? Because growth takes time! 🌸 By joining us for the full 3-day journey, children move beyond just 'doing' yoga—they begin to 'feel' the benefits. It takes time to build friendships, practice mindfulness, and truly settle into the calm. One day is a treat; three days is a transformation.
The Daily Journey:
Day 1: The Garden of Friendship 🌸 We’ll explore the "invisible string" that connects us all. Through Flower Mandalas and Partner Yoga Poses, children learn how we support one another and grow together.
Day 2: The Weather Within 🌤️ An exploration of self-regulation and finding the calm amidst "big feelings." Children will learn Breathwork techniques and the "magic inside" to manage their inner weather.
Day 3: Summer Strength & Joy ☀️ A day to celebrate our unique selves! We focus on confidence, resilience, and sensory appreciation.
Each day will include games, wellness exploration, craft, lego, loose parts, yoga and so much more ❤️
If you book by the end of April, you will receive 10 % off the full price (£54, instead of £60)
Please note, a £20 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking due to limited spaces, and we have a strict no refund policy due to limited spaces. With the remaining £40 (or £34 if booked before the end of April) due a week before we get together ( 7th July) .
Come in through the entrance to Pro-Star gymnastics academy and go straight up the stairs. Here your little one can pop off their shoes, come on in, and you can head away for 3 hours of you time. Please bring a drink and a nut free snack. I can not wait to welcome your little one.
