What?
This workshop is designed to help you understand the basics of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The content will focus on DEI fundamentals, establishing a shared language, and creating a foundation for ongoing conversations around DEI. This is a 2 hour workshop.
Workshop outcomes?
• Understanding core DEI concepts including social identity, inclusion, and equity vs equality
• Basic awareness of how diversity, equity, inclusion each manifest in an organizational context
• Empowerment to initiate discussions around DEI and support the regional DEI ambitions
Who?
All employees across the UK & Ireland. If you are new(er) to DEI, this course will help you start your DEI journey. If you have existing DEI knowledge, this workshop will push to consider concepts you already know from other angles and will give you the opportunity to have in-depth discussion with colleagues.
The session will be held using the virtual platform MS Teams. Please ensure that you enable access to the microphone and camera on your device when joining the session.
