Nourish: A Restorative Workshop for Body, Mind and Soul

Nourish is a deeply restorative and nurturing workshop hosted collaboratively by Kristy and Sian Eleri. Designed to bring you back into connection with your body, your breath, and your heart. This gentle yet powerful experience weaves together somatic yoga, ceremonial cacao, meditation, and group energy healing to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellbeing.

We begin with somatic yoga, inviting slow, intuitive movement that encourages you to listen inwardly and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. This practice is accessible to all levels and focuses on releasing stored tension, cultivating safety within the body, allowing you to fully arrive in your body in the present moment.

You will then be guided through a cacao ceremony, working with this heart-opening plant medicine in a mindful and intentional way. Cacao supports emotional clarity, connection, and presence, offering a gentle gateway into deeper self-awareness and inner exploration.

From here, we transition into a guided meditation, allowing you to drop into stillness, integrate the movement practice, and open space for insight, rest, and reflection.

The workshop closes with a group energy healing session, where you will be held in a supportive collective field. This experience is designed to help rebalance your energy, release anything you do not need to carry, and restore a sense of harmony and calm.

Nourish is an invitation to slow down, soften, and receive. Whether you are feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or simply in need of time to reconnect with yourself, this event offers a safe and supportive space to rest, restore, and be gently held.
