Let yourself sink into relaxation and be bathed in soothing sound. Through crystal bowls, gentle chimes, and healing frequencies, Sorcha will guide you into a meditative, dreamlike state to encourage deep rest.
A sound bath is a beautiful opportunity to pause and give yourself permission to truly rest, recharge and release. Allowing the sonic sounds and frequencies to wash over you and bring you into a blissful state of calm.
We'll close with a balancing tea infusion to help you feel more grounded and reawakened ready for the week ahead.
Instructions
No experience is necessary to join. All you have to do for this session is relax and allow Sorcha to guide you.
Dress comfy and cosy.
Please aim to arrive on time or no more than 5 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space.
Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 5.10 pm as this is disruptive to other guests so please be sure to arrive in plenty of time.
