Let yourself sink into deep relaxation as you’re gently bathed in the healing power of sound. Guided by Sorcha, this immersive experience weaves together soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments designed invite a meditative, dreamlike state.
A sound bath is a nourishing pause—a chance to unplug from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with stillness and calm. As the vibrations wash over you, your body and mind are invited to soften out of stress, restore balance, and settle into a profound sense of peace.
You'll be invited to lie down in a cosy, supported position, nestled in blankets and bolsters—held in stillness and safety. This simple act of slowing down allows the body to shift out of our stress ‘fight-or-flight’ mode, gently activating the parasympathetic nervous system—our natural 'rest and digest' state. From here, we can return to a place of balance.
The beauty of sound healing is in its simplicity and gentle nature, you receive the benefits of deep rest and meditation without needing to do anything at all. For many of us, that’s a much-needed pause. No experience is necessary, just bring yourself and an openness to receive.
We’ll close the session with a grounding herbal tea infusion to support your return from rest and help you feel reawakened—centered, calm, and ready for the week ahead.
