Step into a warmly lit, intimate studio space for an enchanting journey through restorative yoga and nurturing massage.
Begin with gentle stretches to ease the week's tension and prepare the body for profound relaxation. Sink into nourishing restorative postures, cocooned in blankets and cushions, promoting gentle opening and deep rest. 💤
Throughout this session, experience gentle head, neck & shoulder massages complemented by grounding holds. All whilst being enveloped by soothing aromatherapy to calm the mind.
We'll close the evening with a comforting cup of Peace, a beautiful herbal infusion before you drift off home.
All attendees will be gifted a Restore tote of goodies to celebrate the opening of the new studio!

This session is open to all levels, no yoga experience required.
