During this session you can expect:
🌳 Opening meditation to awaken your senses and ground into the natural surroundings
🌳 Guided gentle movements to help connect body and mind with an intentional breath
🌳 Explore different Forest Bathing techniques, to experience how time immersed in nature can ease overwhelm
🌳 Move through a Summer inspired yoga practice, to find your inner fire, passion and joy
🌳 Share experiences and connect with others, over refreshments before heading home
Your Hosts:
Laura Nicholson, a Yoga Teacher, who creates practices for every body to enjoy. Inclusivity and mental wellbeing is at the heart of her teaching.

☔Although this is an outdoor event, if the weather turns we do have a plan B to ensure everyone's comfort on the day.
Level: Mixed abilities - no experience required
This will take place outside so bring appropriate clothing for warmth and comfort, keeping in mind raincoats for light drizzle if forecast.
Please bring you own yoga mat, cushions or blankets. Spares are available if needed and chairs will be on hand for anyone who needs one.

The scouts hq has a small car park (10 cars) which is uneven in some areas so please park considerately and leave the flatter spaces for those who need a more stable footing or use of a wheelchair.
Once inside we have a wonderful space for yoga, a large kitchen and accessible toilets.
