Join us for a magical yoga adventure where families explore, play, and connect—all while journeying to the mysterious Easter Island! This isn’t just yoga; it’s a story told with our bodies, a chance to bloom into spring, and an opportunity to strengthen bonds through movement, laughter, and imagination.
What to Expect
In Adventure Yoga, your child’s voice takes centre stage. They get to co-create the session, deciding parts of the story as we go! Together, we’ll flow through group yoga poses, try partner balances, and deepen our connections through play. Our adventure winds down with a tasty treat, quiet mindfulness and stillness as a family.
Family yoga is simply yoga done together and with a smile. Adults don’t need any experience – just a willingness to join in, be playful, and enjoy some mindful time with your child.
Instructions
Please arrive 5 minutes before class start time and bring a drinks bottle.
There is no need for class uniform or the grown ups to invest in new yoga leggings. Simply come as you are in something that allows you to move freely.

The scouts hq has a small car park (10 cars) which is uneven in some areas so please park considerately and leave the flatter spaces for those who need a more stable footing or use of a wheelchair.
Once inside we have a wonderful space for yoga, a large kitchen and accessible toilets.
