🙏 Yoga for Calm
An hour of gentle movement and deep rest.
This all-levels class is designed to bring ease to the body and peace to the mind. Expect soothing stretches, calming breathwork, and a guided relaxation to finish.
Classes are adaptable and mostly focus on seated stretches, making them suitable if you’d like to practise with the support of a chair. Beginners are warmly welcome, as well as those with more experience.
📍 Location note: This class takes place on the second floor. You’ll need to be able to use stairs comfortably. If that’s not accessible for you, please check out my Chair Yoga for Ease classes, which run in a fully accessible venue.

This event is for women only.
Instructions
Mats and props provided, you are welcome to bring your own if you would prefer. Please arrive to the venue at least 5 minutes before start time so we can begin our practice promptly.

Book the full 6 week block on in-person classes, please check listing for dates. REFUND POLICY Refunds* on block bookings are valid up to two weeks prior to the start date of the block. After this, block bookings can be transferred to the next available block. However, once the block dates have started there are no refunds or transfers available. *Refunds given are subject to a 5% transaction fee of the total block value

Anne of Cleves House is home to Haverhill Physiotherapy Centre. Entrance to customer parking is to the right of the building, you are able to park here or on the main road. Use the main entrance via the back of the building (white door in the garden), you'll find a small waiting area, please wait here. My classes take place upstairs, I will collect you when ready. Classes are held in the Anne Boleyn suite.
