Details
Take time for you while your little one plays happily nearby! This unique session blends a rejuvenating yoga practice for parents with a safe, engaging play space for children.
What to expect:
🌿 For Parents: A focused yoga practice designed to relax, strengthen, and recharge.
🧸 For Kids: A dedicated play area with toys, books, and activities to keep them happily occupied (and within sight!).
💖 For Both: A chance to enjoy a moment of balance and connection, without the stress of childcare logistics.
Children must be under the age of 5 and mums must be at least 3 months post partum. I can recommend post-partum teachers if mums are still in 4th trimester. Dads are very welcome too.
This is a trial class, if successful weekly sessions will be added to the timetable for the rest of April.
Instructions
All equipment is provided but you're welcome to bring your own yoga mat for additional comfort.

Adult ticket, please only bring children under 5 to accompany you Refunds* on pay as you go tickets are valid up to 24hours of the class start time. After this time there will be no transfers or refunds available. *All refunds given are subject to a 5% transaction fee.

The scouts hq has a small car park (10 cars) which is uneven in some areas so please park considerately and leave the flatter spaces for those who need a more stable footing or use of a wheelchair.
Once inside we have a wonderful space for yoga, a large kitchen and accessible toilets.
