Pilates & Reflection Reset Session

This session blends gentle Pilates with guided reflection to help you move, pause, and reset.

What to expect:

• Welcome and gentle arrival
• 45 minutes of Pilates
• Tea break
• 45 minutes of guided reflection and journalling (seated on a mat or chair)
• Closing relaxation

You’ll receive everything you need on the day, including your own Reset Kit.

What to bring:
• A mat

This is a calm, supportive session suitable for all levels.

  1. Booking and Payment

All Reset Sessions must be booked in advance.
Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. Health and Participation

Reset Sessions include gentle matwork Pilates and wellbeing activities.

By booking, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in light movement activities.

You agree to complete the required health screening form prior to attending the session.

If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are unsure whether participation is suitable for you, please seek appropriate advice before booking.

  1. Nature of the Sessions

Reset Sessions are wellbeing sessions designed for relaxation, reflection and gentle movement.

They are not physiotherapy, medical treatment, or rehabilitation services and should not replace medical advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

  1. Participant Responsibility

Participants take part in all activities at their own risk.

Please listen to your body and modify or stop any activity if it feels uncomfortable.

Susie Rasul Coach accepts no responsibility for injury or loss resulting from participation where instructions have not been followed.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking:

• More than 48 hours before the session – you may transfer your place to a future Reset Session (subject to availability)
• Within 48 hours of the session – refunds or transfers cannot be guaranteed.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to a friend if you notify us in advance.

  1. Changes or Cancellation by the Organiser

In the unlikely event that a session must be cancelled or rescheduled, participants will be offered:

• a transfer to a future session, or
• a full refund.

  1. Arrival and Session Etiquette

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the session start time.

Participants should bring their own mat and wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement.

  1. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Susie Rasul Coach accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.

  1. Photography

Occasionally photographs may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
Participants will always be asked for consent before images are used.

  1. Agreement

By booking a Reset Session, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Instructions

🧘 What to Bring

Please bring your own exercise mat to each session. You may also wish to bring water and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement. About the Class

The pilates is a matwork Pilates session which includes:

• A gentle warm up
• mat-based Pilates exercises
• A cool down

The Guided reflection will involve guided questions with the option to write in your Reset Journal. This can be done in a chair or on your mat.
Then a closing relaxation lying on your mat

The sessions are held in the building next to the library in central Heaton Moor:

🚪 Access & Arrival

• There is lift access as well as stairs.
• Reset Sessions are held in the Sycamore Room (first floor).
• There is a buzzer outside for entry.
• Susie will be there 10 minutes before class to let you in.
• Please try to arrive before the start time to minimise disruption.

🚗 Parking

There is a car park outside the venue as well as on-road parking nearby. The Postcode to the car park is SK4 4DQ

Classes are usually held in the Sycamore Room (first floor) with lift and stair access. Occasionally the class may be held in the basement — this will be clearly signposted on arrival.
