This session is open to adults aged 18+.
You can bring your own bike, or we can provide one for the session.
Meet at the 1881 Cafe at the Victoria Embankment Bring your own bike, or let us know your height on the booking form if you'd like to borrow one from us.
Wear comfortable clothing, suitable for the weather. Please wear flat soled shoes if possible
