Baby Mindful classes are for newborns up to around crawling age. They follow the award winning seven step, relax kids program and involve movement, play activities, gentle stretches (for adult and/or baby), massage, a believe step and a short relaxation at the end. Classes focus on the bond between adult and baby. They gently stimulate and calm babies, aiding their development, as well as provide relaxation and support for the adult. Each class is based around a well known nursery rhyme.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket for your baby (mats will be provided). You are welcome to pause to feed and change baby whenever needed so please bring anything needed for this.
