Join us for an unforgettable weight loss retreat in Portugal, that guarantees you will lose stones if you fully immerse yourself in the experience - and finally change your lifestyle for good! Average temperature in January is beautiful 18-19 degrees!
You'll experience fun fitness classes, coastal walks and delicious meals designed to help you shed pounds without feeling hungry. Our expert-led workshops will transform your mindset and eating habits, tackling issues like yo-yo dieting and binge eating for good.
You will have the option to book 1 to 1 personalised coaching session with our Head Nutritionist during your stay & be led through a 3 month post-retreat coaching programme once back in the UK.
This weight loss retreat is suitable for all fitness levels - whether you are at the very beginning of your weight loss journey or looking for a kickstart after a plateau, our expert team will be on hand to ensure you are fully supported throughout your stay.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Stunning Quinta accommodation in the beautiful Lagos, Portgual (multiple room options available).
3 home cooked, healthy meals a day by your private chef, sampling a range of diet styles designed to support your weight loss journey.
All retreat activities - fitness classes, guided walks, weight loss coaching workshops & more.
You will need to arrange your own flights to Faro airport. Transfers from the airport to the villa can be arranged through the Retreats team at an additional cost.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
Check in is 2.30pm on arrival day with a welcome talk at 3pm.
Check out is 9am on departure day, with the option to have breakfast left for you before you depart.
If arriving or departing outside of these times, you are able to leave your bags with us while you explore the local area but there is no access to the Quinta outside of these times.

Full payments must be made no later than 60 days before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.

Instructions
4 weeks before the arrival date, you will receive a welcome pack with all the information you need to know for your trip, including a list of what to pack and final itinerary for the trip. This will also be when you can book transfers via the retreats team. If you have any questions before this, please email us on retreats@rwl.fitness.
