Join us for the ultimate mind, body reset retreat, in the picturesque backdrop of Portugal. This retreat will provides you with space to connect to your breath, your body whilst inviting invites you to connect deeply with your inner self.
You’ll engage in daily yoga sessions, complemented by breathwork practice, outdoor walks around the beautiful sights of Lagos designed to enhance your awareness in the present moment.
Each day you will be fed breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as experience guided meditations and wellbeing classes providing you with techniques for a deeper understanding of your true self. Our experienced and qualified facilitators will provide personalized support, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for reflection and growth.
Whether you seek stress relief, personal growth, or a deeper connection to nature, this retreat offers the perfect space to unwind, recharge, and cultivate a lasting sense of peace.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Stunning Quinta accommodation in the beautiful Lagos, Portgual (multiple room options available).
3 home cooked, healthy meals a day by your private chef.
All retreat activities - daily guided hikes, fitness classes, expert workshops & more.
You will need to arrange your own flights to Faro airport. Transfers from the airport to the villa can be arranged through the Retreats team at an additional cost.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
Check in is 2.30pm on arrival day with a welcome talk at 3pm.
Check out is 9am on departure day, with the option to have breakfast left for you before you depart.
If arriving or departing outside of these times, you are able to leave your bags with us while you explore the local area but there is no access to the Quinta outside of these times.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Full payments must be made no later than 30 days before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.

Booking Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received. Enquiries or expressions of interest do not guarantee a place until payment is made.Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another available retreat date within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability.Final Payment
The balance of your retreat fee is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date. We will send reminders leading up to your payment deadline.Flight & Travel Arrangements
Guests are responsible for arranging and managing their own travel. We do not take responsibility for any travel costs, cancellations, or changes, and recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.Cancellation & Date Changes
If you need to change dates after booking, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If we're unable to confirm your preferred date, your deposit will be held as credit for a future retreat within 12 months.
We reserve the right to change retreat dates or details in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund of any payments made towards your retreat.Guest Responsibility
