Ready to push your limits and transform your body and mind? Our Women's Advanced Fitness Bootcamp Retreat is designed for women who are serious about fitness and crave a challenge. This high-intensity retreat combines expert-led workouts, daily runs or walks through beautiful surroundings, and nourishing home cooked, high protein meals to fuel your journey.
Whether it's strength training, HIIT, or endurance circuits, you'll be pushed to new heights every single day! We will end each day with deep stretching to enhance recovery and mobility, setting you up for another powerful day. This is more than a retreat - it's a transformative experience for women who want to test their limits, reconnect with their strength, and leave feeling empowered, accomplished, and stronger than ever.

Stunning Quinta accommodation in the beautiful Lagos, Portgual (multiple room options available).
3 home cooked, healthy, high protein meals a day by your private chef.
All retreat activities
You will need to arrange your own flights to Faro airport. Transfers from the airport to the villa can be arranged through the Retreats team at an additional cost.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
Check in is 2.30pm on arrival day with a welcome talk at 3pm.
Check out is 9am on departure day, with the option to have breakfast left for you before you depart.
If arriving or departing outside of these times, you are able to leave your bags with us while you explore the local area but there is no access to the Quinta outside of these times.

Full payments must be made no later than 60 days before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.

Instructions
4 weeks before the arrival date, you will receive a welcome pack with all the information you need to know for your trip, including a list of what to pack and final itinerary for the trip. This will also be when you can book transfers via the retreats team. If you have any questions before this, please email us on retreats@rwl.fitness.
