Each day on the movement & manifestation is thoughtfully crafted to nourish your mind, body, and spirit with a balance of movement, mindfulness, and practical manifestation tools. Surrounded by nature and supported by a like-minded community, you’ll learn to release what no longer serves you and invite in what truly aligns with your heart's desires.

Stunning Quinta accommodation in the beautiful Lagos, Portgual (multiple room options available).
3 home cooked, healthy meals a day by your private chef.
All retreat activities
You will need to arrange your own flights to Faro airport. Transfers from the airport to the villa can be arranged through the Retreats team at an additional cost.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:
Check in is 2.30pm on arrival day with a welcome talk at 3pm.
Check out is 9am on departure day, with the option to have breakfast left for you before you depart.
If arriving or departing outside of these times, you are able to leave your bags with us while you explore the local area but there is no access to the Quinta outside of these times.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Full payments must be made no later than 60 days before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.

Instructions
4 weeks before the arrival date, you will receive a welcome pack with all the information you need to know for your trip, including a list of what to pack and final itinerary for the trip. This will also be when you can book transfers via the retreats team. If you have any questions before this, please email us on retreats@rwl.fitness.

Booking Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received. Enquiries or expressions of interest do not guarantee a place until payment is made.Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another available retreat date within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability.Final Payment
The balance of your retreat fee is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date. We will send reminders leading up to your payment deadline.Flight & Travel Arrangements
Guests are responsible for arranging and managing their own travel. We do not take responsibility for any travel costs, cancellations, or changes, and recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.Cancellation & Date Changes
If you need to change dates after booking, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If we're unable to confirm your preferred date, your deposit will be held as credit for a future retreat within 12 months.
We reserve the right to change retreat dates or details in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund of any payments made towards your retreat.Guest Responsibility
