Are you potentially an aspiring Senior Instructor looking towards your Senior Instructor Course in Dinghy or Windsurf?

This weekend is designed to allow you to get a sense of what the Senior Instructor Qualification is all about - sense check if you're ready - or get ahead of the game before your course.

For those booking onto the September 2025 SI Course you will receive a code upon booking this prep weekend to enable you to get discount off your course.

The aim of the Senior Instructor Course is to help candidates to become competent in the planning, organising and management of courses within the RYA National & Youth Windsurfing or Dinghy Schemes. This will involve sessions afloat as well as group discussions. The course will help you to understand the requirements of RYA Training Centre recognition and will highlight the need for the SI to be patient and resourceful as well as being able to confidently manage people and situations. The overall aim of the SI is to facilitate courses that are enjoyable, safe and where a good quality of learning takes place.
