RYA Scotland Regional Training Days - Exploring your Coaching Journey

The RYA Regional Training Days 2024 will challenge you and your team to grow and develop your skills. During the events, you’ll be able to deepen your knowledge of existing disciplines or maybe broaden your scope by trying something new.

Open to instructors and racing coaches, as well as club, centre and sailability volunteers, join your regional team for a day of personal learning and development, with expertise on offer to enhance your knowledge and practical skillset.

A day of Instructor CPD for Dinghy, Windsurf and Powerboat - get yourself set up for the season and come together to learn and share experiences.

We will be providing some light food at the end of day de-briefs and some chance to socialise at the club after the on water activities.
