Welcome to an evening on the "Aspire Program", an introduction to RYA Scotland's new workforce development program. A great way to support and develop your Instructors, Coaches, Officials and volunteers
Join us online on Tues 27th May at 7pm to explore some ways in which we can support you to develop the instructors within your organisation. Coaching is a reflective practice which is ever evolving. Find out more about how we use the "teaching the person in front of you" person centred approach to instructor training.
