The Zen Den & Indoor Spaces
Our beautiful communal Zen Den Tent will be available throughout the retreat as a welcoming space to relax, journal, connect, enjoy a cuppa or simply take a moment for yourself.
We also have access to a private indoor function room, providing a comfortable indoor space for workshops, reflection, healing sessions or quiet time whenever needed. With both indoor and outdoor facilities available, you'll be able to enjoy the retreat comfortably whatever the weather.

Food & Additional Vendors
All meals throughout the retreat are included in your ticket price.
There will also be additional food trucks and wellness stalls on site should you wish to purchase extra treats, drinks, gifts, crafts or holistic products during the weekend.

About Sacred Roots
Sacred Roots began over four years ago from a deep calling to create spaces where people could reconnect with themselves, each other, and the healing power of nature.

Founded by a mother and daughter team, Sacred Roots was born from our own healing journey. We spent years attending healing circles, workshops and spiritual events, searching for spaces where we could truly be ourselves—spaces free from judgement, where people could come together to learn, heal, grow and feel supported.

Through community, connection, nature and working with the energies of the moon, our lives began to transform. We experienced first-hand the power of being held in safe spaces surrounded by like-minded souls, and it changed our lives. Sacred Roots was created from a desire to offer that same experience to others.

Alongside a collective of beautiful souls, we have spent the last four years creating gatherings, workshops and healing experiences that support people on their own journeys of healing and self-discovery.

Our team includes Reiki Masters, Crystal Practitioners, Cacao & Sound Healing Facilitators and holistic practitioners who bring not only their training and expertise but also their own lived experiences of healing, growth and transformation. Everything we offer comes from the heart and from a genuine desire to support others.

What started as a vision has now blossomed into an incredible and supportive community. We are currently creating and renovating our own woodland healing space, allowing Sacred Roots to continue growing and offering even more opportunities for connection, healing and personal growth in nature.

We feel truly honoured to be hosting our second two-day retreat and to share this experience with you. Every workshop, ceremony, healing session and gathering has been chosen with intention and love, creating a weekend where you can feel safe, supported, seen and celebrated.
