Autumn Equinox Goddess Gathering

This Goddess Gathering is something that has been on my heart for a while and I'm so excited to finally offer this to you.

Are you ready to release your inner Goddess and be on the most high vibes in your life?

To kick-start the night I (Sally) will be leading a Cacao Ceremony (ceremonial grade) to help us drop into the wisdom of our hearts and connect with our truest nature.

If you've never tried raw cacao, here's is a little more info of the benefits of drinking it; Cacao is packed full of vitamins and minerals and increases blood flow to the brain which helps to strengthen awareness and focus. It boosts the body's immune system and helps to heal and detoxify. It can also support in energetic healing and gaining clarity in the areas of love, purpose, intuitive abilities, career and personal growth.

We will then flow into some intention setting and letting go practices before moving onto a meditation and breathwork session to activate the endless benefits of cacao in our bodies.

As the energy starts to rise within us we will move into our epic dance journey to really awaken your divine feminine through movement.

There will be music from Beyonce to music from all around the world... just trust that whatever song comes on next it will be one that will inspire you to dance whilst feeling sensual and sexy in your own body.

The dance journey will naturally bring us back down from the high vibe waves to a grounding flow state where we will then enter the crystal sound bowl and reiki infused healing session.

Come wearing anything that makes you feel like the divine Goddess that you are. Wear all the gems and crystals... this is your time to go all out if you feel like it.
