Arrive 2:45pm for a 3pm start

Spend a gentle afternoon unwinding the body and calming the mind.

We begin with gentle movement yoga to softly activate the body, followed by herbal tea and a moment of reflection with guidance from an oracle card.

Then settle in for a deeply relaxing Sound Journey with gongs, chimes and crystal bowls, allowing the vibrations to restore and rebalance your whole system.

For your comfort we provide extra thick mattresses, feather-filled pillows, blankets and eye masks so you can completely relax.
