Love to Dance is a dance class for over 50s. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation and improve the health and wellbeing of over 50’s in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance styles across the year.

12:30pm - 12:40pm - Arrival and registration
12:40pm - 12:55pm - Warm up
12:55pm - 13:25pm - Learn a dance routine
13:25pm - 13:35pm - Break
13:35pm - 13:50pm - Learn a dance routine
13:50pm - 13:55pm - Cool down
13:55pm - 14:00pm - Departure
Instructions
You will need to wear:
- Comfortable/fitness clothing
- Trainers/dance footwear/comfortable footwear (no sandals/flipflops)
Parking: There is a car park outside of the hall with a small parking charge.

Tickets must be purchased before the class. Tickets are non refundable after purchase. Tickets can be transferred to another booking before the class via your booking confirmation email by clicking on ticket options. You can transfer your ticket once and have to use it within 2 months of purchase.
