Join Sarah, founder of You're Enough Yoga, for flowing yoga shapes to gently guide you into slowing down to receive a guided Yoga Nidra practice. In Yoga Nidra you give your body and mind permission to sleep while your consciousness remains rested yet aware.

Drop In Bookings are non refundable but are transferable to another class.
Six Studio has props and mats for you to use if you wish, if you borrow a mat, please give this a wipe after class with the antibacterial cleaner provided.
Feel free to bring your own mat and props instead (cushions and blankets) and ensure these are clean before bringing them to the studio so that Covid guidelines can be maintained.
Arrive on time to begin class at 6pm promptly.
Please respect the studio's social spacing.
If you have covid symptoms or somebody in your home has them, please stay home and enjoy class another time.
