This is an online event.
Joining instructions will be provided after booking.
This 2-hour live webinar introduces practical, somatic-based play therapy strategies for supporting dysregulated children and strengthening co-regulation with caregivers. Therapists will learn how fight, flight, and freeze responses show up in the playroom, how to interpret these states through a nervous system lens, and how to apply simple, engaging interventions that promote safety, connection, and regulation. Participants will leave with child-friendly somatic tools, caregiver-focused activities, and a clear framework (A²ID) for teaching regulation skills to families.
Plan a private space to view and participate in the event. Please bring paper and crayons/markers for use during the event. Please be in a space where you can stand and move around some in order to participate in some of the experiential learning exercises.
