the two core pillars that guide the work:
✨ Nervous System Tracking — noticing activation, collapse, and regulation in real time
✨ Metaphorical Experiential Play — how children use symbols and story to process
what words alone can’t reach
You will also learn the five basic types of therapist responses used across the stages of SEPT
so you can get a feel for how this model actually works in the playroom.
And yes — we’ll show 1–2 short video clips so you can see SEPT in action.
